Leadership Coaching

Transformation Leader coaches assist leaders seeking to do better thinking, make smarter decisions and have more mature relationships. Our coaching services are available for managers, partnerships, executive leaders, large groups and family businesses.  Transformation Leader's coaching process is customized according to each individual’s needs, timetable and resources.  All sessions are kept strictly confidential.  The agenda belongs to the client.  Our coaches are expert listeners and observers and skilled at asking the challenging questions that allow the client to have greater clarity and direction. 

Development of Internal Coaches

Whether managers are trying to help employees enhance their performance, develop themselves toward future goals, or rebound after derailing, employees greatly benefit from being coached. In this course, we explore supervision from the mind-set of a coach; where a partnership supportive of employee development is the focus. We build the critical coaching skills necessary to enhance that partnership, and give managers the tools and confidence needed to embrace the coaching role successfully. We navigate through a coaching model which gives managers a solid framework for holding various types of coaching conversations, including the preparation, implementation, and follow-up needed to support the coaching partnership.
