Leadership is about influencing, and influencing begins with learning...both of the leader and those they lead.  The leaders are only as good as what they learn and use.  Learning comes from many sources. 
  • Learning about people is primary.  It is with people that leadership exists.  Understanding people allows the leader to match talent to task.  Additionally, the leader knows the followers or tribe member specifically - the transformational leader cares!  Few care about what the leader knows until they know the leader cares.
Transformation Leader uses the Keirsey Typology as a tool to teach leaders and team members an objective, effective and 'safe' method for this learning about each other.
